We currently ship only within the United States.
Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is successfully received.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM local time, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons, promotional events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may extend slightly.
Estimated total delivery time is 4β5 business days from the order date.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery timing is determined by the carrier.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the United States.

Once your order ships, you will receive:

Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
Additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
Delivery delays caused by incorrect address information are the responsibility of the customer.
If you notice an address error, contact support@coronacharms.com immediately.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the item and packaging.
If tracking shows βdeliveredβ but you have not received your package:
First check with neighbors or your local carrier.
Then contact us at support@coronacharms.com.
We will assist in initiating a carrier investigation and work toward a reasonable resolution.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the shipment has been accepted by the carrier.
Orders may only be modified or canceled before processing begins.
Once processing has started or an order has shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible.
In such cases, orders must follow our Return & Refund Policy.
We ship only to physical addresses within the United States.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that:
Appear fraudulent
