1. 30-Day Return Window (United States)

We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.

To be eligible for return, items must:

  • Be new, unworn, and unused

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Not show signs of wear, misuse, or alteration

  • Be returned in original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied.

Returns must be authorized prior to being mailed.

3. Free Return Shipping (United States)

For approved returns within the United States:

  • We provide a free prepaid return shipping label

  • There are no restocking fees

We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns that are not shipped using our provided return label.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photographs of the item and packaging.

If verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement (if available), or

  • A refund to the original payment method

There will be no additional cost to the customer for verified defective or incorrect items.


5. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing may take up to 10 business days after approval

  • Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are not accepted.

If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before processing or shipment.

We are committed to resolving concerns promptly and fairly.

Fraudulent or unauthorized chargebacks may be contested with supporting documentation.
