To begin a return, please contact us at support@coronacharms.com and include your order number. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return label (for eligible U.S. returns).
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order once your return has been processed.
Items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify.
